SOME TIPS FOR BETTER HEALTH

  • MENTAL STRESS When you realize from mental stress , you should take rest atleast 10 (ten) minute, then you should go back to your work . your mental tension will be good from resting of 10 (ten) minutes , you will be able to focus well on your work. when a man suffers from mental stress, he is not able control his anger and keeps on quarreling over small thing and he is unable to focus on his work. therefore when you feel you are in mental stress , you should take rest atleast 10 (ten) minutes. Doing this way will make you feel healthy.
